Yes, most projects require a 40% deposit then payments are made based on milestones. Packages are custom tailored to project needs, so the final cost will vary.
Yes. Rush fees vary from 40-100% of the total project cost, depending on urgency &Â complexity. Rush work is any work completed significantly faster than my standard timeline, and/or outside of my scheduled hours.
Of course! Simply notify me as soon as possible. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. Contracts contain cancellation terms and there may be a termination fee.
Due to the nature of digital products and services, I don't offer refunds for work that has already been completed. If there are any issues with the work provided, I am always happy to discuss revisions or adjustments within the agreed-upon scope.
