The Process

1. Discovery

We'll identify your brands story, and target audience to make sure we set the right goals.  I'll also complete market & competitor research.

2. Design

A moodboard and wireframes will set the right vibe for the website's feel and layout.

3. Develop

I'll build your website to be optimized and responsive for various devices.

4. Integration

Content and images will be imported into your site, and apps will be integrated.

5. Collateral

You can bundle in other services such as ads, promo products, and email graphics.

6. Launch

I provide support in case you need help post-launch. Maintenance retainers are available.

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of businesses do you work with?

I enjoy working with freelancers, small business owners, and entreprenurs in various industries such as wellness, food, retail, coaching, consulting, fitness, and more. I value inclusivity and working with women, the LGBTQ+ community, and socially conscious businesses.

Why are brand guides so many pages?

A detailed brand guide is an investment in protecting the brand’s integrity, especially for businesses that work with multiple vendors or have diverse marketing needs. However, smaller businesses or simpler brands may only need a condensed version tailored to their specific needs.

What if I can't afford it yet?

I understand investing in a package can feel like a big step, especially if you're just starting out or working with a tight budget. Feel free to reach out anyway, and we can talk about the best way to move forward, such as prioritizing certain items. Sometimes I do business trades, so don't be afraid to ask!

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, most projects require a 40% deposit then payments are made based on milestones. Packages are custom tailored to project needs, so the final cost will vary.

Can you design "just a logo"?

I would be doing you a disservice by making "just a logo" because it's only 1 piece of a big picture. Without a strong foundation, it won't create the lasting impact for your business to thrive. How you tell your story & show people what your brand stands for is done through your brand's logo, voice, values, colors, fonts, and even photography style.

Do you provide rush design services?

Yes. Rush fees vary from 40-100% of the total project cost, depending on urgency & complexity. Rush work is any work completed significantly faster than my standard timeline, and/or outside of my scheduled hours.

Can I cancel a project?

Of course! Simply notify me as soon as possible. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. Contracts contain cancellation terms and there may be a termination fee.

Do you work with businesses outside of California?

Yes. I work remotely with clients from anywhere, using tools like video calls, email, and project management platforms for smooth collaboration.

How do I know if we'll be a good fit?

I work at my best when there’s open communication, and a positive mindset throughout the process. If you’re looking for a collaborative partner to help bring your vision to life without feeling the need to micromanage every detail, I think we could work well together. We'll have a discovery meeting in person or over video first to figure out if I can take on your project.
